Sarah joined us in 2019 and uses her background in medical billing and coding to help patients receive quality care while utilizing all resources available to finance their dental needs. She loves traveling and the many wonderful shared memories it creates for her family. Sarah enjoys baking treats and meeting people.
Tanya has been in dentistry since 1996 and joined us in 2014. She enjoys helping patients accomplish their goals while maximizing their benefits. She loves spending time with her family. Her daughter’s first job was being Cinderella at Disney World. Her son made his MLB debut in Atlanta in 2010.
Karen has been improving smiles since 1986 in Ohio, Michigan, Florida, and Georgia. She joined us in 2013. Karen believes in building meaningful, long-lasting relationships with her patients. She enjoys spending time with family and making quilts for those in need.
Julie graduated from the Dental Careers Institute in Marietta, GA in 2005. She specializes in periodontics and oral surgery. Julie cares about her patients and always tries to keep them comfortable. Julie has two boys, Cameron and Logan. She loves attending country music concerts and vacationing at the beach.
Stephanie has been working in dentistry since 2015 and loves the interaction she gets to have with patients. She hopes to become a dental hygienist. Originally from Florida, Stephanie enjoys being near the mountains, spending time with family and friends, and going to the beach or any fun near the water.
Kristy has been in dentistry since 2010 and has a background in medical and insurance. She has been with Inspiring Smiles since 2015. Kristy enjoys what she does and believes in giving the best care to our patients. Her hobbies include spending time with her kids, anything outside, and books.
Tammie joined our team in 2020 but has worked in dentistry since 1983. She enjoys building relationships with our patients so that they feel comfortable and taken care of. Outside of work, Tammie likes spending time with her family, gardening, baking, and taking trips to Walt Disney World each year.
Best dentist in Atlanta area. Or anywhere else as far as I’m concerned. I travel from Buckhead to see him. My now dear departed mother was terrified to go to the dentist. He won her over and took gentle care of her up until her passing. I am forever grateful. Not only a great, highly skilled, dentist, but more than that, a wonderful human being.
The staff and doctors at Inspiring Smiles are the friendliest, most caring, most competent you will ever find at any dental facility in the State of Georgia! Inspiring Smiles is a great dental practice. They are professional, the dentists are super Great!! they are the best with many years of experience. They treat you like they really care about your dental issues. The dentists along with the staff also treat you like family, by showing concern if family issues are brought to their attention. I am not a fan of the dentist to say the least. I only go when I need to. I can tell you my dentist Dr. Birch is a wonderful man. When he comes in the room he comes with a calming spirit that is kind, and caring. The people who work in the office are really nice and very helpful. They all do great work.
I had a lot of work done including extractions and crowns. I have a lifelong fear of dentists and teeth pain. This was an excellent experience with great results. I wish I found Dr Bardon and these people a long time ago.

Obviously no one likes to go to the dentist, but my experience couldn’t have been better. Stephanie and Karen and Dr. Barden were the absolute best. It was a very relaxed environment and they are all incredibly good at what they do. I can’t imagine going anywhere else. They also worked with me financially and I never felt they did anything unnecessary. They had every need in mind. Highly highly recommend!!
